All doors come unfinished and await your final touches. We also offer drilling for concealed hinges, drilled at 3 5/8" centers, for $2.50 per door.

Lead Time
Orders are shipped within 25 working days from the day the order is received. Delivery by ground UPS takes between 3 and 5 days. Shipping is included in all pricing for orders over $500; otherwise a $35 surcharge is applied.

Policies
& Warranty
We accept orders by fax, email, and standard mail, but not telephone. All items are custom made to the customer's specifications; therefore, cancellations or changes to orders in process are subject to a charge to be determined by the factory at the time of the request.
After 48 hours, the order goes into production, therefore any changes or cancellations to orders during the manufacturing stage will be at the customer's expense.
The lead time for orders is approximately 10 to 15 days, depending on the time of year. Shipment by ground will take approximately one week, therefore total lead time from the time of ordering to your receipt of the cabinet doors is four weeks.
Payment is required before the order is put into production, because each order is custom made to your specifications. Payment may be made by MASTERCARD, VISA, CERTIFIED CHECK, OR MONEY ORDER.
All orders will be processed within 24 hours and are non-cancelable and non-refundable after 72 hours due to the custom nature of the product. If an order is canceled within 72 hours, a 10% or $100 (whichever is less) order processing fee will apply.
Any outstanding balances must be paid before shipment; the total amount of the order is non-cancelable and non-refundable once the order is shipped. No allowances will be given with the exception of that clearly stated in the Warranty.
Upon receiving your shipment, please be sure to inspect for damage. Any damage should be noted on the delivery slip and signed by the driver. A copy should then be faxed to us at 905-465-3052, and a claim must be submitted immediately by the customer to the courier. The customer is responsible for checking the delivered order immediately for any shortages or discrepancies and is responsible for contacting Kitchen Door Depot within two days to report these discrepancies.
Any corrections or discrepancies reported after two days from the delivery date will be assessed a $15 administrative fee or the cost of the correction, whichever is greater.
Shipping is included in the cost for orders totaling $500 or more for the continental USA. For orders outside of mainland North America, a $35 surcharge applies. Kitchen Door Depot warrants that all of our products will be reasonably defect-free in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of shipment. Burls, pin knots, mineral streaks, sap, and so forth are natural characteristics found in wood; if these characteristics fall within Kitchen Door Depot's specifications, they will not be considered defects. Due to its inherent nature, wood expands and contracts, depending on environmental conditions. Kitchen Door Depot does allow for some wood movement. We will not be liable for damages caused by improper handling, storage, assembling, finishing, or installation by the customer.
LIMITATIONS
The warranty shall not apply to:
a) Any defects caused, or repairs required, as a result of misuse, abusive operation, negligence, accident, improper use or installation, and/or insufficient care.
b) Any Kitchen Door Depot product tampered by adjustment, altered, or repaired by any party other than Kitchen Door Depot.
c) Any defects to the surface caused by normal wear and tear and the natural aging process.
d) To the extent the law permits, the loss of time or use of Kitchen Door Depot's product, installation and transportation costs necessary for the application of this warranty, or any other indirect or consequential damage or inconvenience.
